Feedback gevenMobile orders get done on time usually. Nice and friendly staff. Although someone who seems to be a new hire barely put any toppings on my sandwich. I had to ask 4 times to get a decent amount of onions on my sub. When my tuna was being put, there was a small hole on the table, she accidentally put too much force on the sub and that tore a crack in the flatbread. Experience goes me a bit ticked off while I headed back. I would put 2 stars, but I had great experiences with the rest of the staff and I won’t put this rating down because of one employee.
The place smelled weird. The flatbread had hard spots like it was old. The cookies were way too soft that they fall apart when you touch them. I love subway sandwiches but this place is terrible.
I placed an online order on the app. I reached for pick up before the scheduled time. There was no one in the store when I reached. But someone came in just after me. The employee asked me if it was okay that he make the order for the customer who just came in before they made mine. I said that would be okay. Once he started preparing my order I was standing at the counter to see if they had any questions. They were rude and constantly complaining why I was standing. Then started talking to their colleague in Spanish thinking that I wouldn't understand it. They just said things like why is the person here ordering with a deal and making us make a sandwich and then expecting service. At that point of time I asked to talk to their manager. The employee called their manager and the response from the manager was I am not going to come in or talk on the phone. If you want you can register a complaint online. I have been to this store multiple times. I have not had any issues apart from this particular employee. Even once before this they were very rude. But I let that go considering it was a one off thing. The employee wouldn't even tell me their name and said I should do what I want. But the managers name is Martin. I wasn't even provided a receipt after that. I had to figure out the details of the store online. I am not sure if anyone is going to take this complaint seriously online. Since the store manager wasn't interested. But this is worst possible experience considering that I was nothing but polite when I came in. Treating a customer this horribly is no excuse.
They didn't have the italian herbs and cheese bread. Ordered artisan, but it didn't feel fresh. Employee (older) was a little grumpy, a bit racist too. The atmosphere does not make you feel like dining in there.
They will never honor the mobile offers applied to the order. They just won't make the order and keep on insisting that they never received the order. This is my 3rd time this happened.
