Takai By Kashiba - Bellevue

This was our third visit to Takai, and once again, it was outstanding. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was inviting, and the presentation of the dishes was stunning. The staff consistently demonstrate professionalism at the highest level. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Best sushi experience in Seattle. Fresh local uni in the shell. Attentive but not intrusive service. Perfect timing on serving all dishes. And fish so fresh, with different treatments and flavors. Noise level perfect. Lighting very complimentary. A true 5 star experience.
