Taste Of Xi'an - Bellevue

I had a really disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. I placed a takeout order but didn't receive any confirmation after 10 minutes. I tried calling, but no one picked up the phone. When I finally arrived, they informed me that they hadn't taken my order at all. If they didn't want to process my order, it would have been much better for them to simply decline it or inform me, so I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas. This really ruined my day.

I was expecting to enjoy some lamb kebabs served on wooden skewers, which I thought would enhance the flavor. Instead, what I received were three sad-looking plates with metal skewers. I don't think the $13.99 price is worth it.

We sampled a variety of kebabs, including cumin lamb, squid, and gluten kebabs. These are fantastic takes on Chinese kebabs. We plan to return to try the oyster kebabs or skewers. The gluten kebabs, or grilled gluten, are a great option for vegetarians and vegans.

Bad customer support. one of the hired stood outside and looked at us all the time and when we left, he cried to us because he did not pick up according to our witness when we left the benches for the next hospitable.

They increase the price every 2-3 months which is really annoying, every time I wanted to order the same item, the price went 1 dollar higher than last time I saw, and I gave up every time just because I hate their practice.
