This pizzeria is near a coal that fires NY Street pizza in the Middle West. Toppings and sauce are delicious, really enjoyed the two types of sausage on the cake. Crust texture is perfect with the right amount of crispy like Brooklyn's Campania or Angelo's in NYC. Before people complain, they should try something outside Omaha.
This pizza is by far the best pizza I ever had. After living in the Middle West for my whole life, I have always had experience in pizza. Frank's pizzeria is a refreshing ride on how Pizza SHOULD is. The staff is friendly and accommodating... one of my children has a gluten intolerance and as it turns out, Frank's offers a gluten-free crust (of what I have seen from pizza cues, that is extremely rare) We ordered a Sicilian pizza and a gluten-free pepperoni with one side of a garlic bread; it was AMAZING. I had nothing near this caliber pizza wisely in a long, long time... if at all. I'm so used to the cookie cutter pizza chains that cost something so authentic, turned my pizza world on my head. I don't write reviews....ever...so I want to emphasize how pleasant this experience was for my whole family. Definitely check this place out... They won't be disappointed.
I've been pretty disappointed in Omaha's pizza options since moving here.
The pepperoni pizza is good, but not my favorite crustI like thin and crispyThe sauce for the linguini and ravioli is really nice.
