Bob's Burgers Brew - Bellingham

Our experience was quite disappointing due to the waitress's behavior. As we were leaving, she abruptly shoved her device in my wife's face and instructed her to press “this button,” which turned out to be the option for the highest tip. I tried to understand the situation, but she wouldn't allow me to see what was happening. It wasn't until we got home that I realized what occurred. I have never encountered a waitress who would stand over us demanding a tip, let alone dictate the amount. This was extremely unprofessional.

The food here is consistently delicious, and their gluten-free burger buns are actually quite tasty. The waitstaff is always friendly, which enhances the experience. As someone who has recently gone gluten-free, I know how challenging it can be to find good bread, but I have to say, your burger buns are impressive!

The food was decent, but the service was terrible. We waited 40 minutes for the check, and when my husband asked for it, the waitress was quite rude and snapped at him. When we paid the bill, she handed us all $20 bills, as if she truly deserved such a generous tip!

Longtime Bob's patron. First time trying this location and wow so disappointing. While the building is beautiful, having to walk past the giant pile of garbage spilling out of the dumpster area was off putting. We felt like we were inconveniencing the wait staff before we were even sat. Traditional wait times were kinda disregarded (even the busser offered assistance when they noticed our table lacking basic necessities) I did several years of food service and it was hard to find excuses for the overall poor experience. Food wasn't worth the price. So bummed. If you want the true Bob's experience, head down to Burlington or Marysville! Edited to add, always loved their calamari but this time it was just bland and boring. The side sauce has either changed or changed ingredients so it's fine but not great like it used to be.

I ordered the Hawaiian burger and it was absolutely delicious! It was quite a monster though, so be prepared for that.
