The teriyaki and yakisoba here are quite good! However, I wasn’t impressed with the sushi—it lacked flavor and didn’t taste fresh.

Ginger Boat offers excellent food, including a hidden gem on their menu known as the Lunch Special. This dish features teriyaki chicken stir-fried with broccoli, teriyaki sauce, sambal, and garlic served over rice – all for just five dollars! They also provide generous portions of teriyaki, stir fry, and yakisoba. If you're in the mood for something fried, their tempura is highly recommended. While the owner may come across as a bit monotone or grumpy, the restaurant's exterior is inviting, and the kitchen appears well-maintained. On most early evenings, you'll find a friendly college student on staff. Plus, they offer free tea!

The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the servers were friendly and personable. I ordered the drunken noodles with grilled chicken and was very happy with both the meal and the quick service.

I always bring my two daughters here because it’s their favorite place to eat. They love the Teriyaki chicken and the pho. It’s always our go-to spot. We won't try any other Teriyaki or pho restaurant because it’s just that good here!

Each time I eat here I am pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoy the food. They make their own teriyaki sauce and it shows. The flavor is rich and tangy without being over sweet. Definitely worth coming back to.
