Pam's Diner - Bellingham

I visited Pam's after a recommendation from a trusted friend. I don't always share their opinions, but I must say, when it comes to Pam's, I'm in full agreement. The Portuguese sweetbread French toast was absolutely delicious, and I suspect the sausages were homemade. My friend tried the eggs Benedict, and it was impressive to see the hollandaise sauce perfectly intact—kudos to the chef! I can't wait to return with friends. I was really impressed with the food and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere made the rainy Sunday drive from Boston worthwhile. Thank you again for a wonderful experience; it's easy to see why this little gem has thrived even through the pandemic! The place was clean, there was plenty of space between tables, and all the servers were wearing masks, so I really appreciated the attention to safety.
