The Blue Abode - Bellingham

Well, well, well, what a great find! just great! what a great host (shortly together with an excellent cocktail, wein, whisky baptism, snacks, eating and more. we had a wonderful glass chardonnay that was seriously under priced (we would have liked to have double paid! combined with the “local” vibe and music, we can see that this is a regular hunting for my wife and I will. thank you. cures that we take so much care of us and we look forward to swallowing more Canadian layers with them in the future!

We went there last night and we were there close and had an explosion. the owner was fantastic, he was super friendly, fantastic service, great entertainment, great drinks, great small spread of eating, good prices a fantastic little bar. once again many thanks and we will definitely be back.

That was our first time and will not be our last. amazing cocktails and wonderful atmosphere!

My husband and I visited Bellingham for a few days to see some friends and The Blue Abode was a huge highlight on our trip! We aren't typically bar-goers given the super loud music and club like atmospheres but this one was just perfect! It's small and intimate with oldies playing in the background and the lighting at the tables and bar area give a great ambience. While we were there, we tried 3 of their special cocktails, all which were very tasty but especially loved the Cherry Collins! The service was super great as we ordered those with some appetizers and we had fun getting to know the bartender a little who was very friendly and personable. We will definitely be here again the next time we are in the area!

Great place to stop for a drink. I had the Rittenhouse Manhattan and it was really good. I ordered the bacon and brie sandwich with a side of soup and it hit the spot.
