Great service and fantastic staff. My favorite Carvel in the neighborhood. Always generous portions.

New ownership, same old place. I'm a huge Carvel fan. I go weekly for a sundae dasher. I avoided this location like the plague in the past. The main reason being is this place smelled like chemicals and the workers/ownership was incompetent. So I went to the location in Wantagh or the one in North Bellmore instead. But I was excited to check this location out.The first thing I noticed was that the workers were much more friendly. So I have to give them that. But that strange smell is still there. I'm not sure how they smell this all day and do nothing about it. I asked for a Reese's PB cup sundae dasher. The workers didn't know how to make a dasher which was the first strike. Then they said we don't have any Reese's PB cups (this happened with the same location when they were under the old ownership). If you know you're out of something, why not go somewhere and pick up a bag of Reese's PB cups? It's just a hot mess that doesn't differentiate themselves enough to justify my business. Go across the street to international and get some gelato and support local business or go to a different location.

What a clean, beautiful Carvel. It's under new ownership by a nice young couple. The whole experience was great and the selection of flavors was amazing. Highly recommend. They even have tables to enjoy your ice cream in the store. Very Nice.

The non dairy Oatly ice cream is awesome! The staff was very helpful and friendly as well!
