We've ordered from here many times, often with Frank taking our orders. The 5-star rating reflects their outstanding customer service. They're incredibly friendly over the phone and in person, and they really pay attention to your order. Occasionally, they even throw in some complimentary garlic knots! Just a note: the pizza tends to be a bit heavy on the cheese. The prices on the menu are lower than other pizzerias in Bellmore, yet they still deliver good quality food. I'm a big fan of the eggplant parmesan hero!

Incredible food and outstanding customer service! I order from here at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. For instance, just last week, I placed a last-minute catering order the night before, and they not only fulfilled it but the owner personally brought everything to my car along with an extra treat of delicious garlic knots and pizza. What a fantastic experience! If you haven't tried this place yet, you're really missing out.

I’ve been going here since they’ve opened and I’m always satisfied with the food and service! Everything on the menu is delicious, especially the pasta’s. The owner is kind and friendly too. Definitely recommend everyone to try their food!

Tried Franks for the first time today. Usually I’m a customer if the Italian spot up the road (I won’t give any names) but we wanted to try something new. All I can say is wow. Food was phenomenal and customer service is great. I’m literally leaving this review as I’m eating. 5 stars all day and definitely a long time customer.
