Astor Food Cafe - BELLUNO

I return after a few years to the Astor, and I find that it has changed management. The place has improved on many fronts, clearly. Extended terrace area, always enchanting view, courteous and welcoming waiters (like all the Bellunos), always youthful climate. There's still the fighetti bar that's always been. The thing that makes me twist my nose was the bitter receipt at the end: €8.50 for two spritzes. Until not too long ago there was the historic price of €2,50 a spriz. Let's say it was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise since I always attended it in high school.

Excellent choice of wines and excellent food offer. The boy who served us a true connoisseur who knew how to serve us and present us the wine at the cashier and at the counter the service I do not think was at the height of the place.

Bar/restaurant/hotel top with stunning views of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. For incurable romantics...

I can't give advice on the rooms as I was only at the restaurant. Surely, given the restaurant, the rooms will certainly be excellent.
