Shark's Fish Chicken - Bellwood

I placed a $60 order through Uber Eats and specifically requested no lemon pepper due to allergies in my family. However, when I received the order and started eating, I found that everything was heavily seasoned with lemon pepper. The food was very salty and I had a severe reaction, experiencing vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night and next morning. I informed the restaurant the next morning, but was told that I should have called immediately. There was no apology or offer to replace the order, which I ended up throwing away. I will never eat there again.

The lady at the counter and phone was so rude and cried on the phone. tiasha is her name. She did this several times when I called and one when I spoke to a manager after she had messed up my order. a friend said he had the same thing with him when he asked for a command. the manager was kind enough to give me my correct order and refund, but as a customer I am disappointed and will not order food from them again because it happened more than once. I don't understand how they keep such an rude, rude person with a lack of customer service, especially when it happened more than once.

The steak at Her Cats is superior to that at JJ's located down the road.
