La Terraza - Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico

I can't believe there aren't more reviews for this place! I've been coming here a few times a week because this place is cheap and delicious! For 9 euros,

We had a reservation, it took us 1 hour to get our table ready. It took another 45 minutes for someone to take our order, then they got the order wrong. The food we got was ok but nothing special. Can't recommend it at all.

Fajita de Pollo was delicious and the rice was surprisingly tasty.

I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner.

Great experience! Excellent food and service! Highly recommended.
