The freshness of the food is crucial at this restaurant, and it greatly depends on the timing of your visit. When the dishes are fresh, everything tastes great, but if they’ve been sitting out, it’s like wasting your money. They often run out of several items on the menu, so it's wise to have a backup option in mind, particularly for desserts. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2.

This is by far the worst Bojangles I have ever visited. I decided to give them another chance after a year, but once again, the experience was terrible. I can't give more than a 1 for both food and service.

Arrived at 10:15 only for them not to answer. I can see at least 2 employees in the restaurant. They have the lights turned off and are ignoring the customers. Hours state they do not close until 11. Why are they closing almost an hour early? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The employees including the management are horrible! Wait time is ridiculous. The manager stands around eating donuts, the staff empty garbage then serve food without washing their hands. They all roll their eyes when you ask where your order is. I will never eat here or pick up an order from here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
