Catfish Cove - Belmont

We order a large Salt pepper perch plate very satisfying with everything!

OK.. im a yankee with a pony tail.. got some stares, but the food was great. Perch and catfish, with onion rings.. loved it.. Trump ‘24

So glad no one asked me if we enjoyed our meal. We took home 90% so we can feed it to our chickens. I'm afraid to even do that, to be honest. Zero flavour, zilch. Nothing to be excited about. And all of the notices posted everywhere were completely uncalled for, regarding salads, catfish, etc. Amusing, even. It was all just amateur-ish. I'm very sad for this establishment and and bit ticked off that it cost me almost $40 to learn the hard way and head home still hungry.

Classic southern fish camp experience. This is the best one I've been to. The food is great and there is a good view of the river from the dining room. It's certainly not a fancy place. If I had a complaint, it would be that they are stingy with the hushpuppies. I've never been to a fish camp where they give you so much fish and so few hushpuppies. If I was going to pick out something unusual they do that I really like, I'd say it's the soft drink selection: RC, Sundrop, Cheerwine, etc.

Food was terrible cold and not good .tea was sour .I would never eat there again.
