Feedback gevenUsed to be a sad and depressing place that I literally forgot even exited there, but last time I checked I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the lady was. Sandwhich is ok, if you ever been in safeway you know what you get. Please cut them someslack and give a chance cause they really are trying.
At checkout, they tried to charge me a dollar more than the menu price. When I pointed out the mistake, the employees did not fix it to give me the advertised price but instead told me I could pay the amount on their checkout machine or leave. This isunashamedly overcharging and deceptive advertising
I ordered sandwiches from DoorDash and was disappointed that they did not follow simple instructions. Both sandwiches had the wrong bread and did not meet the quality I would expect if I had gone to the restaurant in person. It seems like the employees may have been lazy and did not care much about the service because the order was made through a delivery app. I would suggest avoiding this place entirely, and if you're craving Subway, find a different location.
Subway could benefit from expanding their side dish selections, in my opinion.
We visited the restaurant on May 11th at 11 a.m. and were impressed with the excellent service we received. My daughter, who is gluten-free, decided to try a salad and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was, especially since she hadn't ordered a salad from Subway in 4 years due to a previous bad experience. My husband and I both enjoyed foot-long bratbeef sandwiches, which we agreed were the best Subway sandwiches we've had. The staff member who served us that day was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Based on the positive reviews I've read, it seems like the restaurant has other great servers as well.
