Chipotle Mexican Grill - Belmont County

I believe they may have to work out a few kinks.I absolutely love Chipotle, but this new one in Weirton, WV. left me hoping the issues we encountered were growing pains.We are going to give them a month or two and go back for another visit.

Super disappointed! I’m sick and just didn’t want to cook. This location has never disappointed until tonight!! Both meals were messed up. All the toppings not even included on one, white rice in both instead of brown, the chicken was not seasoned like chipotle chicken (it’s delicious normally) and the pico was DICED TOMATOES guys….seriously just straight tomatoes. It was bland and disappointing and I want my money back but Chipotle doesn’t allow complaints….

Ordered 2x steak bowls. Where 's the beef? . Seriously, they only had 2 to 3 ounces of meat on them. I have added this location to my do not return to again list.

Hospitality could be better, but no real complaints just seamed like staff was miserable. Moral needed a boost. Food was great as usual ?. Had a young woman come and calm are 2 year old down cause she started crying thought that was very nice of her. Love to eat thier but could be roomier. Price was good would definitely recommend to others based on food alone.Parking: Parking stalls are tight and alot of traffic in lot.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly had high chairs and some staff are very sweet to come help with upset child. She brought oranges out to calm baby down and it really helped so I wanna give big thanks for that.Wheelchair accessibility: Nothing to say about that except doors are not electronic someone would need to hold open for them.

It was generally dirty inside and the ice machine didn’t work and I was told by another customer it hasn’t been working for days.
