Feedback gevenTheir internet is down way too often. Is it a lie? Are they turning it off on purpose so they get less orders? It’s good pizza when I can actually place an order.
We got 2 pretzel crust pizzas and couldn't even eat them because they put the pretzel salt on the whole pizza. Then the manager on duty wanted to give us a hard time about it. Totally unsatisfied.
Pretty sad when your sitting waiting on pizza and all u hear is the f word 20 times and yelling and screaming running around . Very rude and disrespectful to the customers.
Never, and I mean never, answer the phone. I call and call trying to order pizza because I know there isn’t any hot and readys made, and hasn’t been for awhile now, and no one will answer the phone. If you had to walk into any other pizza place and order your pizza and wait there 15-40 minutes, I think you’d be ordering somewhere else that you can call in and go get it when it’s ready. I just called 4 times in a row and then the call ends after letting it ring for over a minute. If I was the franchise owner and knew that all that money was going out the window, I’d be furious. The sad part is, the pizza is always delicious and we absolutely love it, but it’s not worth the hassle anymore.
Food is decent, like any other little Ceasars, problem is there online ordering g is down 90%of the time and they never answer the pbone... ever. And when you go in and order the employees just complain about how much work there is.
