Le Mista - Beloeil

To put it bluntly, the food at this restaurant was not good. I started with a beef tartare, which the waitress warned would be too strong for my taste. I found it unpalatable. For my main course, I ordered grilled salmon with lobster bisque and potatoes. The salmon was decent, but the bisque was watery and lacked cohesion. The potatoes were waterlogged, leading me to order fries instead. They were overly greasy. The waitress was indifferent, offering minimal service. The only highlight was a strawberry mojito that I ended up giving to a friend, as his regular mojito was flavorless. Overall, this experience fell short of my expectations. I have enjoyed better lobster bisque at more affordable European restaurants and doubt I will return here. My apologies for the negative review.

Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and kind. The food is excellent. I will definitely go back without hesitation.

The steak was overcooked, very thin, and too expensive for the quality. Good service. The beef tartare lacked flavor. Parking is okay.

Our meal at Le Cote was absolutely delightful! The attentive service from both our waitress and the apparent owners (or managers) made our dining experience exceptional. We truly appreciated their efforts to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience at Le Cote and would highly recommend it to others.

I was first impressed to see how well organized and great the service was. You can tell management is making sure service is consistent as every server was nice, professionnel, courteous and caring. The patio was great and the food was excellent. Nice little thought to bring each of us a complementary "lollipop" of foie gras sandwiched in macaroons even though that was not the best foie gras I've had. The veggie pizza thin crust style was delicious and some of us had dessert and they loved it. Great experience overall, nice presentation of the dishes and very good food.
