Qdoba Mexican Eats - Beloit

I give this restaurant 5 stars thanks to Garret, the manager. I visited one evening hoping for a vegan burrito, but ended up with a bowl instead. The young woman who served me was quite rude, and unfortunately, I experienced hours of discomfort afterward due to my food allergies. However, Garret offered me a complimentary meal, which more than made up for my initial experience. On my subsequent visits, I had no stomach issues at all, and the flavors of the vegan options were absolutely delicious! Thank you!

These photos were taken at 4 p.m. on a Thursday, and there was only one other customer in the restaurant. If they don’t have mice or roaches, it would truly be a miracle—it was quite unpleasant!

The woman who served my boyfriend was not only exceptionally rude to him, but she also began verbally attacking her co-worker—who we later learned is her daughter—using offensive language like the "b" word and the "r" word in front of a line of customers. It's shocking that this establishment seems to condone such unacceptable behavior and allows employees to mistreat their own children in front of patrons. We will definitely not be returning.

Went there for the second time tonight. It was good! I am trying the power bowl next time!

It's always a pleasure to go here. The atmosphere is great. Liz does a wonderful job keeping everyone upbeat and positive. I am glad to hear they are replacing the soda machine as it always had issues.
