Feedback gevenI passed through Belton today a little after 4pm. I stopped at this BK and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and clean environment. I only had fries, but they were very good.
The owner of this Burger King refuses to hire more staff, expecting three employees to do the work of six. I suggest boycotting this location to urge the owner to bring in additional help. They have a sign stating "Help Wanted," but they are not actively hiring.
I had the most frustrating experience with service at this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, and paid. I received my drink and was instructed to pull into the parking lot. After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to go inside and check on my order. To my surprise, there were only two employees present; one was sitting in a booth chatting with her child, while the cook was occupied with something other than cooking or preparing food. It seemed they had forgotten about my order entirely. There were no other customers in the restaurant or in the drive-thru at the time.
Horrible service despite speaking with the supervisor on call! It took me 10 minutes just to place my order then I waited another 20 for a chicken sandwich that they said took 6 minutes to cook. I waited another 20 minutes.
Very clean and friendly. We went in the morning to get breakfast, and they made our order fresh.Vegetarian options: French Toast sticks.Parking: Very big parking lot.
