Summer Moon Coffee - Belton

I am a fan of Summer Moon lattes, and this location makes the coffee just as delicious as the cafe in Temple. This Summer Moon is a food truck experience with a drive-thru option where a barista comes out of the truck to take your order. You also have the option to sit and enjoy your coffee outdoors in shaded or unshaded seating areas, good for when the weather is nice.

Everyone is so friendly here. I love the outdoor area! Service is always quick! I usually get the hibiscus tea with agave sweetener and it's so good! My dogs love stopping by for pup cups, too!

This is one of the best coffee shops we have been to! The coffee is fantastic here!

I've only had coffee, but this is one of my favorite coffee places. The service is always great, Abigail definitely contributes to the outstanding service. I like that even though the Belton location is basically a trailer, they have made the location into a go to destination.

So I pulled up to grab mine and my husband’s order and I was accidentally skipped in the line so I waited a little bit longer than I normally do which I don’t mind because I love their coffee but I had a young man come to my window and asked what I ordered when he realized I hadn’t ordered yet,. He said I waited too long and without hesitation told me “don’t worry about your card, It’s on us, you waited too long”. The owner came out and handed my order to me along with offering me a couple of new pastries they have on the menu. Not only do I love their coffee, but I will continue to come back, the service is impeccable and such friendly staff. It is truly made my Friday morning off to a great start. Thank you summer moon ?
