Tea Luck - Belton

I have enjoyed everything I've ordered from this place! Although the wait time can be a bit longer than I would prefer, the steamed buns and Thai tea are definitely worth it! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

He then asked if we had already taken a sip from the drinks, which confused me. It felt like if I hadn't tasted them, he would have passed them on to someone else. When our drinks were remade, he failed to place the lid on my cup properly, and when I attempted to pick it up, it spilled all over. I requested a refund since my drink was ruined and I hadn't even been able to enjoy it. A staff member assured me she would process the refund and took my spilled drink away. Instead of the refund, the same man returned with a free crepe cake, even though my friend and I had never asked for it. They didn't give me back my drink or issue a refund. I took the cake to go, but once I arrived home after that unpleasant experience, I discovered that the cream had completely melted, the cake was a mess, and it was spoiled. I will never return to that café again.
