It was a pleasure to spend a week at the Iifc restaurant with their entire team. We have been coming to this peaceful haven for years and nothing has changed - the team is always friendly and attentive. The meals are consistently delicious and well-prepared. We enjoyed six consecutive days of sunshine in Ireland! Aside from our stay in 2005, we had never experienced such a week during our last nine visits. The fishing was excellent, with great catches throughout the week. A big thank you to Michel, Olivier, and the entire IFC team for their kindness and professionalism.
