Mcdonald's - Belvidere

Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while the employees played around in the kitchen. No one ever took my order so I left.

It says 24/7, but actually, it is not on 3rd shift whenever the person that works needs to get break they don't have more staff and they don't take orders for at list 30 minutes at that time. I understand the person needs to have a break, but Mcdonald's, if It works 24/7, needs to have more staff then.

Yummy yum!!! loved this exquisite delicacy 3 Michelin star 10 course meal!!! the workers had a brawl for my entertainment!!!

Ordered food off the app, they proceeded to ignore me the entire time and got everyone's food out before mine. Including other orders that came after me. The lady at the front acted like she didn't know about my food being done or not... Everyone's food was put in the alcove. Finally after fifteen minutes I was about to lose my cool, and the guy handed me my bag as it sat there THE WHOLE TIME. what kind of service is this????

Ordered fires and sundae. Fries were stale and asked to be replaced with fresh batch. Waited 3 min only to realize the fries again were stale when we got back on the road..
