Feedback gevenI visited this specific location the other night around 8:40. When I arrived, only one other person was ordering food, while some others were already eating. After using the bathroom, I went to order but stood waiting for 15 minutes, despite being the only one in line. I noticed a staff member on the phone by the drive-through window, who made eye contact with me but continued his conversation. It took him about seven more minutes to acknowledge me, apologizing for the wait before returning to his call. I waited a bit longer, hoping for assistance, but eventually left as he did not return. The bathrooms were also very dirty, with clogged toilets and paper towels strewn across the floor. I would rate this experience as zero out of five stars. On a positive note, the service at the Cherry Berry side was satisfactory, with staff readily available to assist customers.
There were two people working at the restaurant, with no one else inside except for me. There were two at the drive-thru, and after a while, one of them told me they had one more order to take before attending to me. I said that was fine and decided to leave. It took a long time to get the two orders out, and then much later, one of the employees looked at me and asked, "What can I get for you?" I declined politely, as I had lost interest by then.
I ordered food from the restaurant's app and waited over an hour for my order, which I had already paid for. The staff didn't know how to cancel my order and told me to go downtown to pick it up, despite it being at the location I was at. Eventually, a worker found my ticket and admitted to forgetting to make my order before going on break. After waiting for a refund or my food, a worker from the night shift finally made my order. The service was terrible, and all that was needed was a simple apology and immediate action to rectify the situation.
I ordered ahead of time thro the online app and still had to wait for an hour to receive my food. When I asked about my food, the service workers gave me attitude about it. I'd have a better time going to the Walmart subway.
The three people working the counter had an urgency that I haven't seen in a while. They were wonderfully helpful, polite, and efficient. Great service ?
