Chick-fil-a - Benbrook

My name is melody, and I just went to the Benbrook site to order a grilled chicken sandwich and a mac and cheese. I was asked if I wanted sauce with my sandwich and I answered yes, the honey grill. When I came back, it was neither on my sandwich nor in the bag. I called and asked to speak to the manager, the person who replied that he was one of the manager. I explained the situation and he said he was to come back and get the sose. I will not take the trip all the way back into the load for sauce. what he should have offered is a free sandwich next time I ordered, or even a free mac and cheese would have been enough. someone has to train the manager, how to deal with complaints, about the service that went wrong at the end. Just say.' I still hope that someone from there will see this review and do the right thing.

I just wanted to apologise to the girl in the car thru, because I closed Chick-fil-A at 9:30 tonight my man and 2 children wanted an egg for dessert tonight about Chick-fil-A thought, because their ice machine always works but was reminded that we just managed to close it even a count of the 30.....20 seconds we could not help. I think I would have appreciated a descent instead of telling us all the time we did it. again sorry for the inconvenience

How about their order being over? Do they like that other cars will go after them and go big accusations before them? Enjoy stupid excuses (to wait for fry’s and strips), the two articles that should be ready to go to lunch. that's a guy who's looking for a visit. they have some, how can a trip, although line and great curbside accumulate, but it takes 15 minutes of “it’s on the way” for a family of 3 not even to get their food. then they get the joy of “you can wait 5 more minutes I will order them”. that means everything is getting cold.

Eating was great as always. it is rare that an order is wrong or that something is missing, but it does not happen any mayo still get one of the best almost food places there.

I never speak bad about any restaurant. I'm not a Texan, I am a fan of Good fried chicken, in (my opinion) I have a hard time with the hype. I know alot of people who love this chain. The lines in thr drive through lines in side say I'm not their target audience. The beauty of the restaurant industry. You can find your favorites. I've eaten here it's ok. To me not what I look for. If you haven't tried a chick fil a try 1. Let your taste buds decide.
