Backporch Coffee Roasters - Bend

I finally discovered a coffee shop that offers lavender, and honestly, it's the best coffee I've found in Bend so far! There’s plenty of seating, and it's spacious enough that it’s not too noisy.

This is a nice, spacious spot with friendly baristas. However, the cappuccino was a bit on the watery side.

They have a case filled with delicious-looking baked goods; while the only vegan option is a bagel (I hope they add more in the future), there are some gluten-free items available as well. The sea salt chocolate chip cookie is incredible! They also offer some bars and chocolate treats. The atmosphere is very relaxed, making it an ideal place to hang out with a friend or study/work on a laptop. It’s not too loud inside, and the free Wi-Fi works very well—I was able to stream videos without any issues. I can’t wait to come back!

Best coffee I had since being back in the States. It's hard to find coffee like overseas in Australia and New Zealand in the USA. I was thrilled to find a good flat white.

We ordered hot mochas with half the syrup and almond milk, and they were perfect. Smooth and creamy texture and just the right amount of sweetness.
