Chan's of Bend The bill was $29.90. It should have been $15.25 Was I surprised to hear the bill was almost 100 more?! The Web site menus for Trip Advisor, Google and Chans all had prices about 50 less than their hard copy menu at the resturant. TRULY MISLEADING! I brought these facts to the attention of the manager. He became agitated and denied that it was their Website even though it had their phone number and restaurant information. When I further questioned him, he became belligerent and told me he was not going to pay $200.00 PER month to change the false information. I guess he has decided to continue to use the, TRIP ADVISOR and Google web sites for nothing, even though he is falsely advertising his prices. In addition, the Chicken and Green Beans in Black Bean sauce was not that good. The quality of the food was poor. We will not be going back because of the manager's belligerent attitude, their misinformation on the Web, and the poor quality of food.

We got a couple #6 combinations , we should have ordered one with an extra plate! Was definitely enough for four or more people! Price seemed a bit steep , but you got to take another meal home with you!

Went yesterday after not going for awhile. We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. The waitress attended our table right away. Our food was delivered within minutes of taking our order. It was very hot and tasty. Didn't need to ask for a to go bag, the waitress was on top of everything. Had enough leftovers for two more meals. Overall very pleased. Thank you

Used to love this place and raved to everyone about it. No service for a good 10 minutes. Prices have gone up, food quality and amount has gone down. BBQ pork was overcooked. Dishes came....ordered GINGER cilantro chicken, ZERO ginger, little cilantro; was room temperature, rice smells and tastes 'interesting '; chicken is tough. Highly disappointing after raving about them for years. Server was like, ?‍ I don 't know This is the second time it 's been not good in the last couple months.

If you are looking for some greasy Chinese after drinking (heavily), the portions at Chan's are great for the money. Otherwise, I don't understand how Chan's is rated so highly. We had just cleaned the bathroom and I can still feel oil between my cheeks. The Hot and Sour soup tasted like sour shouyu soup with mushrooms. Ultimately I am trying to figure out what to do with the remains of our meal. I would give it to the guys loitering around the liquor store but I'm not ready to go to prison yet.
