Crux Fermentation Project - Bend

I loved this place! the atmosphere is great, the beer and eating is great and there was a good wine selection for my mother. Young and dog friendly, everyone was really good to behave their children when we left. in any case, every time I visit my college-day bar of bend.

Beautiful location for sunset behind the Cascade Range. Tricky parking so get here early. Indoor and outdoor seating including firepits. Beer is excellent with a variety for everyone. People are friendly and willing to help. Did 2 flights and then 2 pints. Almost all the beers would be worthy of a repeat. Pretzel board was very good. Went to taco truck outside also. Amazing street tacos and the man working was very nice. Definitely recommend.

During the Thanksgiving holiday, several of us slipped away from family dynamics and spent some time at this brewer gem. We sat outside and ordered food from the taco stand and admired the great outdoor space. Eventually, we stayed longer than planned so we moved inside and had another couple of rounds and laughed ourselves silly. The beer is great and I’d come back here again. Five stars!!

Great beer selection and good outdoor seating situation for late in the season. 3 fire pits, not too many people on a chilly Wednesday. Partner had a hazy IPA which she liked. My imperial stouts were outstanding. Will definitely be coming back here in the summer!
