Go Donuts - Bend

This place is absolutely amazing! Not only are the donuts the best I’ve ever had but the customer service is literally unheard of!! I am here from out of town and have never met such kind people! Long story short Grubhub sucks and the people at the donut shop went above and beyond to fix the order. I am nearly speechless. Thank you so much for making our day!!

Good donuts, terrible customer service. Telling a customer you cannot and won't check the ingredient list for allergen is unacceptable.

Good donuts but I 'm convinced the guy who helped us was stoned. We came in around 10 AM on a weekday. The store was empty except for us. We ordered five donuts to go and grabbed a couple juices. The guy behind the counter was unbelievably slow, spacey, and when we went to pay he said, OK, you 're going to have to help me remember how many donuts you got. Really?

I always see the sign on my way to Juniper Park and thought I'll have to check the place one day which happened to be today. Nice little shop, friendly staff. I was informed they also have gluten-free and vegan options, which was good to know. I ordered 2 maple bars, a dozen donut holes and an apple fritter. The fritter was fresh, delicious and just sweet enough. I planned on eating only half but I was weak and ate the whole thing. Definitely not proud of myself...haha. The kids loved the donut holes and maple bars. Next time I'm getting a peach fritter. Love everything about this place, Their prices are a little high though.

Wonderful shop with delicious doughnuts and kind staff. Tons of vegan options, each one more yummy than the last.
