If you order “extra ice”, you get less milk. Every time we’ve tried to order extra ice we are rudely told we should order an americano instead. We’ve stated that we do NOT want water in our drink, but the barista cannot get that through her head LMAO. Regardless of whether we order a latte or “americano”, it’s still around $15 for two drinks. My girlfriend and I are both baristas and try to be polite by letting the barista speak her mind, but we are tired of the ridiculously poor customer service. All we want is extra ice lol. We will take our business somewhere where we won’t have to expect to argue with the barista every time we want extra ice in our coffee.
I love the vixen chick at the window. I am new to town and came in when I first moved here and there was someone else and now she’s always there. I come back for her. I had the worst day of my life and she turned it around in one trip through that coffee hut. They make good coffee but I come back for her personality. I don’t know if she’s the new owner because the old chick said there was a new owner but I’ll always come back while she’s there. LOVE her. Come see her and you’ll leave happy every time. Thanks vixen chick. Someday I’ll remember your name and not just your car. You are a queen!
Whoever was working today 7/19 at 2:50pm is the nicest barista I’ve ever met ! Great vibe coming up to the stand and welcoming! Wish they had Lotus but that is only a Washington thing I guess ! Give that chick a raise !
I don’t know if it was the owner or whoever but if i’ve learned anything in my 5 years of being a barista it’s to not ARGUE with a customer, especially when you’re wrong. the coffee here is alright but they obviously don’t know anything about coffee or how it’s made because they get heated up and confused the second you try to change up a drink. if you would rather lose money, be rude and argue than make a drink how it’s ordered, keep it up.
I absolutely love Java Jungle on south 97 in Bend. I have gotten lattes and banana bread, which are delicious, and a mango smoothie, which is fresh, super flavorful, and my favorite by far! However, it is the nice ladies in the stand that really make the experience perfect. I have always been greeted with a smile and kind words, and they are completely attentive while taking my order. You all are wonderful people!!
