Sbandati Trattoria - Bend

Had a nice night here for my birthday and a phenomenal meal! Everyone was very friendly and super attentive as well as the whole food was cooked for perfection. I don't understand when I see people complaining down on their reviews because my experience was blown away and my grandfather gave me his strong Roman Italian genes, as well as I grew up on the east coast, so I actually know how REAL Italian tastes and that's it!

Customer service AMAZING! The food was prepared. Don't sleep here! I would recommend it very much. Small personal event. Very reasonable prices. I'm not just gonna come back for more, but I'm gonna tell everyone they're trying it out. Traditional Italian!!!

Charming, cozy, white cloth, best Italian cuisine in Bend. The AK-Kid is my usual, but the wild mushroom pasta special is local source and always good. The pig dogs are amazing. Meatballs are just as good as mums. It's a treasure and a treat.

I'm sure this place is heaven! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. That was by far the best food and dining room I ever had. We sat at the bar and started with drinks and delicious fresh, perfectly salted and oiled bread. Next was the Antipasto Toscano, a massive tray of 3 Italian meats and grilled bread. Dinner was Tagliatelle al ragu ala bolognese and her special mushroom Tagliatelle. We all ate half then switched because taste that should be divided deliciously! The pasta was perfectly cooked and tasted incredible. Mushrooms were an amazing texture and the Bolognese tasted like it was cooked with passion. After all, Dessert was espresso and the Bongo A secret Eclair served on molten chocolate. I would have ordered another one if I hadn't been lucky. Everything was quite expensive, service was great and efficient. They got their systems down and I wanted to make a reservation before I left. I just didn't know that food could be so good. Trattoria Sbandati has now set my standards for dinner experience. Seriously, I can't wait to go back.

I absolutely enjoyed everything. Drinks, dinner and dessert. The best late Valentines Day dinner ever. The atmosphere was low light, the waitress was very attentive.
