Viva Wyndham Tangerine All Inclusive Resort

There are 2 main reasons this hotel is great: #1 the staff, #2 the location. Staff go the extra mile to make you feel at home and give you a great service. In addition, everyone has a small character. Location is really good, especially for those who like wind sports, especially kitesurfing, and wind surf your 20 minutes drive to diving shops if you want scuba. If you need kitesurf lessons Luis is very good and reasonable. If you like culture, you are 15 minutes walk to downtown where you can find local food and local clubs. Eating is good at the resort many local options. Nothing crazy, but good quality with 20-30 options entertainment is good and the team works really hard.

The place is great!!! Didn't have so much fun in a long time. The staff lets you feel like you belong there. Always happy and interact with us. I wanted to learn the language. The bartending staff was top notch and the drinks were great. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and decent food. The beach is just a short walk away from the hotel, depending on where your room is. I would recommend getting the room looking over the beach if you don't mind noise for the majority of the day. In the hotel, you can book excursions. Also, I would recommend that you bring a lot of money since the hotel doesn't have an ATM, but there is one in the gas station across the street.

I think I have a lot more than what I paid when I stay at this hotel. The first room was very loud and we moved into a quiet room that was great. The shows/music are high quality. In terms of food, the buffet offers a lot of Domenican traditional dishes and there are three specialized restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Fusion) requiring reservation. You can go to the Guest Service (only via the buffet) desk between 9:00 and 5:00 to reserve three of them at once. The service is exceptional. I assume that the hardware/rooms are below the four-star standard, but the service is definitely five stars or even five stars.

I visited with my husband in September and had an absolute amazing time. The service was great. The food was amazing. We danced every night to live music. The servers were very attentive. We look forward to a visit in a very near future.
