Sherlock Public House - BENEVENTO

A fun and cheerful team that serves wonderful food and beer (her Guinness was one of the most beautiful I ever had in a beautifully decorated room. Very affordable. It was one of our favorite spots in Italy: Thank you for that!

This is very good pub with great dishes!

A British pub with traditional beers like Guinness and Hobgoblin IPA, beautifully large. Has an extensive menu of English inspired food with Italian flair.. Can highly recommend the buffalo burger, comes with bacon, caramelized onions and British cheddar cheese in a ciabatta hall. Very good taste, cooked rare and filling, compliments the Guinness I had good. Prices are for if not somewhat cheaper than the local competitors, €7.50 will get you the gourmetburger.... Most of this type are €10 and certainly better than £10 burgers I had in the UK. The Sherlock theme runs throughout the pub with posters, wall hangings and table sets. The ceilings are even... Should point out that the theme of the classic Sherlock is the novels and Bail Rathbone feels more than the modern iterations.

Here visiting and working. Menu was hard to read. It's in Italian and I can't read it. People are nice. One thing I have found in italy is if you don't get a waiter or waitress attention they will ignore you. People there are nice, best of all they have beer on tap.
