Mcdonald's - Benicia

With these food prices being all time high they better start making the food fresh. Tired of paying over $20 for a simple meal and getting home biting in a cold old sandwich and fries.

Stoped by McDonald's on East 2nd in Benicia this morning after dropping off a car for service. A big sign out front says Now Hiring at $20 an hour. We got food to go through the drive through. When we got home we discovered we didn't get what we ordered. A common problem from this place. I guess the increase in pay doesn't increase level of service.

Ok, so I know that since the pandemic started all these types of fast food places lost a lot of employees and they are struggling back to full strength but come on... don 't make the elderly people suffer and tell them they HAVE TO place their order at the kiosk without at least showing them how....!!!

Very clean, all employees kind and helpful. Best McDonald's experience ever!

Food is okay what you would expect from a Mc Donald's Forgotten food all the time if it was once or Twice but our family ordered food from the drive thru a lot Also they always have their phone off the hook so if you then wait to tell them the next time the manager will give you a horrible attitude and also they do not give receipts. She will ask for that as well when You explain to her you don't give receipts and you don't answer the phone because the phones off hook. I literally took my phone and tried to call it while I was sitting there and tell her look she then at that point help me with that order but told me for future I need to make sure that I got my receipt. I need it to make sure I got my receipt lol.Not I will talk to my employees and make sure that They are giving customers the receipts but now it's my responsibility not only to make sure my order is completed but that I need to make sure I got mine receipt.
