Mountain Mike's Pizza - Benicia

Staff is so so sweet we came really late when they were about to close but still made sure we left with come jalapeño nots

So I’ve been coming to this mountain mikes for the better half of 10 years. Over the years the service has diminished and the food quality is hit or miss. I’ve been setting that aside in hopes that management will get it together but it doesn’t seem that they are headed in that direction. Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and requested plates the guy behind the counter literally told me no because I didn’t ask for plates when I placed my order… however you can’t add special requests when placing a pick up order or door dash. lol then I he almost gave me the wrong order because he thought I was a phone order when I showed him my confirmation from door dash…

I love this place, the pizzais tasty!! Service is great . Atmosphere is ready to party!! Kid friendly too. I am bringing the grand kids with me next time.BRING IT ON!!

This is the 3rd time ordering from them and the last each time I order the snowy alps and when it gets here something always missing I send it back and when it returns undercooked sent back again going on 3rs foe a med pizza and they have the nerve to ask for a tip saf part about it is if you don't tip you wait a Hella long time Mountain Mike's in Benica straight out suck

Ordered for delivery 1 medium pizza, 1 cinnamon dessert, cheese sticks jalapeño poppers. Everything but the pizza was undercooked and not edible. The mozzarella sticks were soft and soggy and cold when bitten into, also they were different than pictured on the website when ordering, as for the jalapeño poppers they were cold and soggy too. The cinnamon dessert was soft and doughy with an awful taste which made me spit out onto my plate instantly. If you order here, I would only recommend the pizza because seems like that's the only thing they get right here. Go to Round Table on South Hampton instead! When I called to let then know that everything but the pizza was undercooked they said its comes out the same way even if they put it in the oven twice and they acknowledge that the mozzarella sticks they have are different than what is on the website. I was offered to have it re-made would then have to pay for delivery again and when declined they offer only 10% for my next order which I didn't think was fair especially for almost a hundred dollar order when only the pizza was edible. They did end up giving a 30% discount for next time but only after I was persistent about the inconvenience. Eat here at your own risk!
