Palermos - Benicia

Initially, I was prepared to give this restaurant a rating of just one star. However, after reflecting on the overall experience, I had a change of heart. We had made a reservation for five people, and there was only one other table occupied when we arrived (with two people). It took 35 minutes for us to receive our drinks, and we had to inquire about them after feeling neglected. Our waiter then explained that he was the only server working that night and there were only two people in the kitchen. Despite the challenges, I decided to give them four stars because of the waiter's positive attitude and personality. The girl assisting him was also very kind and did her best to help. I understand how difficult it can be to find immediate help, and I appreciate the efforts of these two individuals (as well as the kitchen staff) for staying and managing a demanding job in a challenging situation.

This is a fantastic place to dine, it is the best Italian restaurant I have been to. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

We all love dining in Palermo! The generous portions and friendly staff make the experience great. The food is delicious.

The 5 stars is because it tasted great. But d portion in my opinion doesn't meet the price.
