By far the best esquites I cost in Mexico City, and among the best in the country. for those who did not know, esquites is a very traditional way of preparing mais, in a delicious condimented broth, in which seasoned with mayonnaise, cheese and powdered chili. Simple,...but you can take in delicious heights. their specificity, and the cache they are most famous, prepares them with bone mark (on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays), although they sometimes also have shrimp esquites that are fantastic. note that this is a street stable and has a great demand. they have to arrive at 18:15 align or they will find an extremely long waiting queue. also they are a bit expensive for esquites, at about $40 pesos for a 1/2 l cup. but they are worth it!
This guy cooks one of the most representative meals in mexiko and is one of the best. it is only mais with options such as chile in powder, lime, mayonese, put it a stick on it and that is it. and the specificity is the grains of maize...prepared with several materials mentioned before in a plastic glass and they can buy 1 liter of it, sometimes with brand prepared. delicious! opens at 19:30 and the people are in the line of 18:30, after 8 p,m wou will wait more than 1 hour to serve. they can sit on the street or take home
