IHOP WTC - Benito Juarez

The place is very clean, they take care of details and make sure you have a world class experience, how ever its still and american bar in any way you look at it.

Worst food and worst service ever. Actually, an outrageous and ugly treatment received at this place. This was my first time to Mexico and I will never go again. lived near WTC when I visited Mexico city. I ordered spaghetti that was like smash overnight noodles. Bill MEX$154 (CAD10), I forgot to bring money--was sick dizzy for many days. I told the waitress I would go back to get money to pay and I let her keep my sun-glass box with 2 pairs of sunglasses, value at least CAD$600. She wanted to keep both my sunglasses and ID card. I disagreed. So she got a guard to keep my card and watch me. I called my friend to come to pay and I waited there. But she still did not give my card back! It's illegal to keep people's ID!! This Ihop is police station!? I already promised I go get money and I gave material guaranty. They were extremely vicious and ferocious!! My friend came within 5 min. and paid. Then the guard gave my ID back. What a vicious and illegal restaurant!!! I proposed solutions and easy to solve it, but these staff of IHOP chose to humiliate their client instead of solve problems in a peaceful and polite way. The whole thing is disgusting. I complained to Ihop headquarter and Mexican tourism office.

It's like every other IHOP around the world. Good food, good coffee, good eggs. The service in general is nice and the place is very clean.

Dropped in here on my way back tot he airport for an afternoon snack and drinks. Ordered a sandwich with fries and a sprite... Sandwich was huge! Then 3 pancakes and a coffee to finish. food was good, service too. Location is great if you can sit outside. I thought the price was high $365 that's around £15... So if 2 of you eat is gonna be around £30... I think that's a lot of money and is only really a snack!

After being in México for a week, I was craving an American breakfast, so I decided to go get some of my favorite pancakes (an entire sampler to be exact with eggs, bacon, ham, sausage and hash brown). Unfortunately they seated us directly under a tv that was way too loud, then took over 20 minutes to take our order.... when I finally received my meal, my pancakes were hard as a rock. I live in Southern California and go to IHOP in Los Angeles often, so I was extremely disappointed when this location did not live up to the brand. Tip: You can get a way better breakfast for half the price at any of the local restaurants down the street. Not worth it!
