On ice after a nice hike through the Robert Frost Trail. The line here was not too long and the service was friendly. We ordered 2 blizzards, my was Oreo Cookie and my husband was Peanut Butter Cup. They were delicious. We ordered the small size that was much for us and reasonable at $4 per. We'll be back soon.

I would rate this restaurant three stars due to the pricing of the food. My husband and I shared two lobster rolls with fries, and it cost us $60. That's quite pricey for what we received, although the food was delicious. I appreciated that the rolls were crispy and buttery, but the cost seemed excessive for the portion sizes. I understand it's market pricing, but I recently had lobster rolls in Maine for around $20 each.

Popular with families with more options on the menu than I expected. The food was definitely made to order and the ice creams had many options. It has a vintage ambience and additional tables in the back. There was a little waiting in the line, but for a popular place, the wait was more than reasonable.

Well, it was an experience stopping here... My better half and I stopped here for some ice cream on our way back from NH to NY from a family event. Being totally unfamiliar with the shop, I first asked how large were the portions (I like ice cream! , but didn 't get a very informative answer. Once we had decided on flavors, I tried to order what I wanted, a combination of soft and hard flavors in a medium size. The staffer behind the counter said she didn 't know if she could do that in the computer. (I 'm sorry, what?!? What does a computer have to do with serving ice cream? I surmised this might be because the hard ice cream was priced higher than the soft ice cream, so I said just charge me the higher price for the hard ice cream, and let 's get on with life. Nope, I don 't think I can do that in the computer. I was dumbfounded. So I had to order two different servings, one of hard ice cream, and one of soft ice cream. And though I ordered two of the same size servings, the portion of hard ice cream was appropriate, but the soft portion (for being the same size was actually HALF the size...! Not a great value there. So in summary, it wasn 't possible for me to get what I actually wanted because of some silly computer (or perhaps an unwillingness on the part of the staff to just be flexible , and the portion sizes were wildly inconsistent. At least the ice cream tasted good!

The shells are a little pricy, but tastes really good! Also love the hard ice here
