Mcdonald's Great North Drive-thru

What an incredible place! The service is fantastic, and the car-side delivery was super quick. I barely had to wait, and my order was perfectly prepared. Everything was delicious, and the level of professionalism is impressive. I would rate the service a solid 110%. I'm truly impressed!

Our experience at the restaurant was quite an adventure. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and we were able to find everything we wanted. I tried the spicy nuggets and hazelnut monkeys, and they were delicious!

Last week, we had a great dining experience at the restaurant. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We ordered extra sauce and jalapeños, and they were delivered without any issues. I was really pleased with our order, as it exceeded my expectations. It’s rare for us to find a place that serves food this fresh; most of the time, it’s simply delightful!

I wrote a terrible review and deleted because I was falsely proven. This Mcdonald is different from anyone else. I ordered at Mcdelivery and randomly selected cashless at delivery. I was horrified because I had no money on me. I tried to call but the number says it does not exist (probably something that should be changed). The driver arrived and I immediately asked if he had a card machine. I was absolutely GRATEFUL. Thank you and never send your drivers without one. Everyone can make the mistake I made.

Friendly staff assistance through the drive thru. I have never experienced that at any Mc Donald's in the whole of Johannesburg it was so great to be assisted by someone who was friendly and had good manners. Something that is so seldom with any customer service nowadays. Well done to Mc Donald's Great North. It just takes one staff member who appreciates their job and is friendly to make a difference and leave a good lasting impression of a customer. Wish I had gotten his name.
