Texas Roadhouse - BENSALEM

Usually I come here with my friends and everything was okay. But today I ordered burger and get trouble with it 2 times . 1 it was soooo red inside, when I asked with almost no red and cutlet was by pieces

This seemed to be a popular place bc it was packed. Groups were waiting inside and out to be seated. The food was good but my steak was very dry. Most of the staff was upbeat and friendly. Overall, good time.

Excellent dining experience !!! Good atmosphere, cozy and inviting. Short wait time, great customer service. Our waitress Olivia treated us nicely and made us feel welcome. The bread was fresh and warm and drinks were great,especially the Sangria Margarita. The food was delicious and had good portions. The Steaks were tender and well seasoned. This Restaurant was definitely a good choice for a nice family meal.

My family I went out last Saturday for dinner. We called ahead to get on the wait list. When we arrived we waited about 10 minutes. They are always very busy at this location every time we visit. The staff were friendly, greeted us and our waitress was awesome. Her name was Kelsey. She was on point, friendly, helpful and took care of us. Food was excellent. Our last family outing at another restaurant a few weeks ago was a complete fail so coming here was a great turn around and we very much enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant staff/team all work well together and it is amazing how quickly they move around in this place. This is what I call the good old fashioned customer service.

I’ve always passed by this restaurant and I’ve seen the parking lot stacked. This time in like I have to go cuz it has to be good, and I wasn’t lying. I get to choose my own steak if I want to and their bread is to die for. It’s sweet and plus they give you this cinnamon sweet butter which is really good. My husband and I chose the 14oz ribeye and it was well cooked and pus they variety of sides is really delicious. I totally recommend it for a family or even for a couple. Great atmosphere great music and we have amazing time.
