Jimmy John's - Bensenville

An evil dirty man named bofa, who claims to be the manager of this place, made several sandwiches wrong and we were missing sandwiches on an order that was placed. I tried to call 7 times before I finally went there, as no one answered the phones. I see all the phones from the hook and the place was dirty. bofa was immediately defensiw when I explained the problem and said he didn't do me because he did everything personally. I said good, then I'll make my order for the missing items and he said I'll do this tomorrow, really? he literally stole me! I'll report this to the office. the respect and the unprofessional nature of this man is enough for me to share everyone.

Make sure they tap! the staff of this jimmy john’s is the best I ever had. everyone is so beautiful and friendly they make the sandwiches with high quality ingredients and they are very accommodating. I love the beach club sandwich! and jalapeno chips his so good I went back 2x today

If you want to be charged and not receive your order and then when you call are lied to because they close earlier than their website says- enjoy. Absolute worst service!

Doesn’t come on time. My coworkers said they were an hour late last time so I specifically ordered it for an earlier time and it was still 45 mins late.
