Pj Fresh - Bensenville

One thing, the front counter are always wonderful to me. I have never had an issue like this here before. I wanted the meatloaf dinner, Jessica 's customer service is wonderful. They ran out of meatloaf, and had to get some more. She said it would be a few minutes. I had to get some other items I let her know I would pay at the front. When I got back from paying, I walked back to pick up the food. No one was there. Jen (I think that is her name) was passing by asked if anyone was helping me. I said no. She want into a back room, and this woman came out, sat her cell on the counter. She seemed put out that I had disturbed her. Her attitude made me wish I didn 't buy the food already, I would have just left, But it was already paid for. I let her know what I had ordered. She slopped the food on the tray, and bagged it. I went to the front and let the lady with the beautiful nails know. She said she would talk to her. When I got to work and opened the food, this is what it looked like. (see pic). There was so much liquid in it from the broccoli, that it drowned everything else in the plate. Worst experience I have had there ever!

Not nearly big enough for trucks to park. not even worth stopping to get fuel, it is that small. staff members that work at night are not very friendly.

Manager rudely made me leave because I wasn't in one of the few parking spots they had, threatened to tow my tractor trailer I was very neatly parked by the curb not blocking any thing. Didn't care that my drive time was depleted. I really didn't want to stay there it was just close to my drop off. No showers at all

I was really disappointed with the food at this restaurant. It was overpriced, and the chicken was soggy. The portion sizes were tiny – barely enough for a child. For $13, I expected much more. You’d be better off going to McDonald's nearby, where you'd pay half as much and get more food. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was quite lacking; I requested fresh wings, and the server, who was quite unfriendly, told me to wait outside. Two of her friends arrived, and she prioritized serving them over me. When I brought this up, she was unkind and dismissive, saying that her friends don’t give her trouble. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, especially considering the high prices.
