Dairy Queen (treat) - Benson

This restaurant is a wonderful spot to enjoy delicious ice cream with your loved ones.

I ordered two chicken strip meals and requested extra ranch, a total of four. When we sat down to eat, I realized that the ranch was not in the box or the bag. I went to the front and asked for the ranch, and the man at the front told me there would be an additional charge. I explained that I had already paid for it, but he insisted it was in the box. I disagreed, and before I could finish speaking, he walked away. He then asked a woman if she had placed the ranch in the box. She confirmed that she had and appeared annoyed, suggesting that the ranch was likely underneath the food. The man returned with gloves on, walked back to my table, and proceeded to put his hands in my food, searching for the ranch. This was completely unacceptable. He then walked away and returned with the ranch. I have never experienced a situation where someone had put their hands in my food to check if I was lying about receiving my sauce.

I waited for over 15 minutes and was not served. I noticed that 9 other people left without being attended to. The servers seemed more focused on laughing and joking among themselves than on providing service. It was very unprofessional.

Delicious ice cream treats on a hot day! Sooo good!
