Pilot Travel Center - Bentleyville

I like this locations everything is available and the employees are good workers they cash out people quick so I don?t have to wait in line like most other fuel stops, and everything available for truckers and also I just wanna see some cheese pizzaavailable because I?m allergic to pork.

Absolutely the worst. One way only roadways take you right to a dead end with no turn around. The prices of things inside require you to download an app and ask a million questions. Took me 15 minutes to try and find the cost for a bag of chips Iscanned the code for. Just took it to the register when I gave up on the app. At least the actual human employee was super niceand helpful. All the diesel pumps were down with no notice prior. Just a terrible experience with little other options nearby.

The staff are attentive and caring based on my experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. My only complaint is that the subway hours were quite inconsistent and unreliable.

This restaurant is conveniently located near a grocery store, as well as McDonald's and Burger King. Each chair has its own TV tray, which is a great feature!

Wow! This restaurant was really lacking in supplies and coffee items, and there were barely any cups available. It was disappointing for a place like Pilot, which might be experiencing supply issues. On top of that, the floors were dirty, and the women's restroom clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time; I had to choose from four stalls and picked the least disgusting one. Even though the bathrooms looked relatively new, they were still below standard for Pilot. Overall, I would suggest that anyone looking to use the restroom consider going somewhere else, and I definitely wouldn't bring young children here.
