Applebee's Grill - Benton Harbor

Service was really good, waiter was excellent. We asked him directions to coloma, after we ate, without getting on highway and he wasn't sure but said his manager lived there and sent him to our table and gave good directions

Place was busy, waited for 1/2 hour to be seated. Relatively clean restrooms other than a few pieces of paper on the floor. Food was flavorful and served reasonably quick. Nothing jumped out as amazing but everything was delicious.

Came here because of a gift card, to be honest, I haven't been to a Applebee's in over 10 years. This location was clean and had friendly service. The food was pretty good and not as salty as I remember it back in the day.

Waitress barely checked on us, a bit rude and my neighborhood nachos were gross. Queso dip smelled like B.O

Waitress was pretty cool. I ordered the shrimp meal with fries and coleslaw. While the food was done within 15 mins after ordering (everyones dream come true) but my fries were cold and tasted old like it's been cooked and just called they selves heating it up and giving it to me. The shrimp was perfect and the alcohol beverage was on point though
