Applebee's Grill - Benton Harbor

I think there must be a new chef because I just had the best Chicken Alfredo I've ever tasted at Applebee's. It's usually good, but tonight it was absolutely a 10/10! Even my five-year-old said it was the best he's ever had. I ordered online, so I can't thank the chef personally, but I wanted to make sure to mention that. I've seen some negative reviews about the service, but my experience with the online order was great. Everything was packed neatly, and they paid attention to all the details I requested. The woman at the counter was also very nice.

Food came out hot and was good but what made our dining experience awesome was our waitress Emily L She was so friendly and so attentive to our needs she brought us refills before we even asked her to And would ask us if everything was ok and if we needed anything else Thank you Emily L

Food was hot and flavorful. Prices are rising but still decent value. Understaffed, but staff were exceptionally helpful and prompt given their workload.

The mix-and-match options are excellent value. While the portions may be a bit too generous for one person, it's definitely manageable if you give it a shot.
