Domino's Pizza - Benton Harbor

The service at this restaurant was very bad. The pizza I ordered was cold and I didn't receive my 2-liter drink or dipping sauce. When I called to complain, I was given the option to wait 40 minutes for a redelivery or have the amount credited to my account. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the General Manager was the one I was talking to. I will never order from there again. I am extremely disappointed.

Order food, you have the pay online for over $30.00 but no one else had to? And get the 16 piece parm bites and when they don’t give you the marina souces, you can pay an extra $0.75 for what was suppose to be already on the order, and you can wait 17 minutes when it’s done and sitting waiting for pick up, love cold pizza! If you order from this dominoes, in Benton Harbor Michigan on pipestone rd, you will regret it, General manager there is the worst I've ever dealt with not only did they not get my order right on my delivery and shorted me a pizza, and didn't want to give me a refund. And then told me to come to the business to see abouit the order and then had the nerve to call the police and get a trespass order because he didn't want to make things right, this guy is horrible I tell you. You will be making a great mistake ordering from this location. Make the trip to the one in Saint Joe next to Walgreens their service is outstanding.

If you buy food here, you will be disappointed. It's a rip off. It's better to go to St. Joe by Walgreens if you don't know the zip code 49085. The owner is not trustworthy, so don't trust them. You'll be happy if you go there instead. The other restaurant on Niles is worth the walk from Benton Harbor if it means not going on Pipestone. The pizza has bread dough with minimal cheese and no toppings. The stuffed bread also lacks cheese and toppings. The pasta is only four bites and they don't even offer more sauce or toppings. To be honest, store-bought options beat Dominos on Pipestone.
