Little Caesars Pizza - Benton Harbor

Be sure to call ahead to place your order, and definitely double-check it to ensure everything is correct. The service is quite fast if you order in advance. I didn’t check my order, as I usually don't, and they forgot to add paprika to my Brezel pizza. However, a quick call fixed the issue, and the staff was very nice about it. I give them five stars for their excellent service, despite my oversight. Thank you to the team for serving hot food quickly—definitely not rude, just efficient. Overall, my experience on March 16, 2021, around 4:30 PM, was fantastic!

Today is November 23, 2022. I wanted to share my experience with you all. The staff member I encountered was polite and professional, even during the busy lunch rush with some difficult customers. He remained composed and continued to do his job efficiently. Little Caesars, if you see this review, I think this guy definitely deserves a raise! I just wish I had caught his name.

I ordered through the drive-thru and inquired about which pizzas were available for purchase. I decided to order two of the pre-made pizzas, but was told I had to wait 5 minutes for them. To my surprise, it took nearly 20 minutes to receive the pizzas I thought were ready. When they say "hot and ready," it certainly wasn't the case. To make matters worse, they also forgot to include two other items I had purchased. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Place was busy, and half of the orders came wrong. I sat there watching the manager treat the crashed costumers. It took 20 minutes to get 2 cheese pizzas and crazy bread. And the crazy bread was terrible, no parmesan at all. I was not satisfied with my experience in this place.

Refused service to me when I pulled up to the drive thru, but took other customers order. 20 minutes before closing stating they didn’t have anything. Made me back out so a customer behind me could be served. She didn’t even ask what I wanted. She was extremely rude.
